• Put forward and passed Resolution 220900 alongside community leaders to identify funding for projects prioritized by the neighbors in the Westside

    • Allocated nearly $5m each year in PIAC funding that went directly to community and neighborhood requested projects

    • Worked to approve 210 grants totaling more than $15M for community and neighborhood focused projects via federal American Rescue Plan dollars

    • Put forth and passed Resolution 221069 to transition the regulation of the short-term rental program to the Neighborhoods Department and directs the study of needed staffing, funding and legislative change, and the evaluation of a limited moratorium on applications

    • Supported Resolution 230014 to modifiy the license fee on hotels, motels and tourist courts and authorizes the imposition of a license fee on owners of short-term rentals. This will come to a city wide vote on April 4th!

    • Supported Resolution 230015 to impose a City lodging tax to owners of short-term rentals as authorized by Article VI, Section 19(a) of the Missouri Constitution. This will come to a city wide vote on April 4th!

    • Worked with community members to initiate and fund a feasibility study for conversion of the Buck O’Neil Bridge to a community driven linear park

    • Put forth and passed the application to establish the Victorian-era Jeserich building as a local landmark with the Historic Preservation Commission to prevent it’s demolition
