I recently spoke with Cat Reid at 41 Action News about a fatal hit and run on Bruce R. Watkins Drive. Jyra Hill was simply walking to get a snack for her eight year old son when she was hit by a driver who fled the scene. 

Nobody's life should be threatened by the simple act of walking in their neighborhood.
